Since taking office in December 2022, I have said yes to 257 public engagements across Fairfield and Solano County as your District 1 councilmember. Every one of them is listed below, because you deserve to see where your councilmember shows up.
How I counted: every event below comes from my official calendar, most of them scheduled through the City of Fairfield. I only counted invitations I accepted, and I left out internal meetings such as council sessions, closed sessions, staff briefings and committee meetings. Updated September 24, 2026.
The Time I Have Given to the Job
Community events are only part of the work. Since December 2022, I have spent an estimated 1,289+ hours serving Fairfield, including 779+ hours of formal governance:
- 85 City Council meetings, regular and special, most running three to four hours
- A few hours of preparation before every council meeting: reading the agenda packet, researching items and sending my questions to staff in advance
- 55 closed sessions, where council handles legal, labor and property matters as the Brown Act allows
- 13+ study sessions and council retreats focused on long-term planning
- 27 Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District Board of Directors meetings
- Quarterly City of Fairfield / Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District / Solano Community College partnership meetings
- Regular agenda briefings with the City Manager’s office
How I estimated: meeting counts come from my official calendar. Hours are conservative and do not include constituent calls, emails, travel or regional conferences.
